Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
All orders are shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouse depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. The typical delivery time is between 10-15 business days. Depending on your location, ordered items may be delivered earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season and holidays as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs and import regulations, seasonal demand, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, and other unforeseen events can also disrupt shipping and delivery times and lead to delays. In this matter, your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Tracking information is provided for each order after ordered items are shipped. The postal service is out of our control once your ordered package leaves the warehouse. For any unforeseen circumstance that does occur, and your order happens to get lost in transit, held at customs, or returned to us for any reason, you may contact us within 7-10 days. In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to do what we can to resolve any issue we have control over.
